Please join me in doing something that only takes a moment but can change a life and make a wonderful difference :)

I currently spend part of my week happily working for Magic Glass - outside of this role, as a Professional Counsellor, I run a blog and website www.karenofford.com - Personal Development for life "helping people help themselves".

Firstly - You will be raising your awareness and shifting your focus by acknowledging the simple joys in life. A wonderful way to create and see even more reasons to smile. Your probably already aware that what you focus on you attract more of.
