Awareness is the key to any change, without it how can we action anything?

The wheel of life is a wonderful personal awareness exercise designed to help you:

  • Look at all the key areas in life
  • Focus solely on how YOU feel, what YOU love, what YOU would like to (or need too) focus on
  • Acknowledge gratitude in your life right now
  • Apply positive affirmations and actions to improve specific areas
  • Increase self-awareness and personal growth

To experience the joy and the love that life has to offer its important to be aware and acknowledge your feelings and your thoughts. From there you can begin to understand, accept or change certain patterns, beliefs and behaviours and implement new ways that bring about and create more joyful and loving experiences. Most importantly acknowledging and expressing gratitude for all the wonderful people, skills, things that are already a part of your life, now.

Find a quiet time and space and get comfortable, free from distraction. Start by clearing your mind as best you can by taking in long slow deep breaths. Refer to the meditation, relaxation, just breath page for guidance if needed. Answer each question honestly from your point of view, your thoughts; remember this is all about you. If you need more room simply write the question and your answer in a notebook or journal. Add the date for future reference.

The greatest investment you can ever make is in YOU!

I would like to remind and reinforce how incredibly capable we are as humans. Something's take a little extra work or a little extra digging around than others but there is always an answer, always a solution, always hope -"if one seeks, one will find".
