Relationships have always been high in my thoughts.

What; not only makes them work but thrive.

After 2 failed marriages I was determined to get it right. Determined not to fail again & determined not to settle. I spent some years being single after my second divorce to find myself, to discover & grow & become better than I was. In that time I read a lot, I studied, I sought great mentors, I began meditating & began to see myself differently, to embrace who I was & all I’d been through. To finally stop beating up on myself & fall in love with the one person who could change my life... me.

I’ve experienced (& continue to) so many wonderful moments since then, life has changed beautifully & I found my soul mate along the way.

The truth is;

When you can embrace yourself, you can embrace others,

When you can forgive yourself, you can forgive others,

When you can accept yourself, you can accept others &

When you can love yourself, you can truly love others.

You know there’s more,

You know you deserve more,

You know you can achieve more,

You know life is meant to be joyful, my most favourite Abraham Hicks quote is “the purpose of life is joyous creation”

You don’t settle,

You choose the company you keep,

You become more empathetic & understanding of others & why they do what do. Another favourite quote of mine by Deepak Chopra is “it helps to remember that everyone is living from their own level of consciousness”

You have no desire to compare & seek only to become a better version of yourself.

You take responsibility for your actions, knowing no matter how advanced you are, you are still human, fallible & will make mistakes but you smile & get back up.

You know if you want more love you have to be more loving,

You know if you want more joy you have to be more joyful & so on.

You see how beautiful life truly is & the power you have to create, to feel good, to choose differently.

And that everything begins with you.

My work has changed over the years & is now (& has been for some time) focused on working with women & helping them discover how beautiful, capable, worthy & amazing they are & to create a life they love. It began as a Relationship Counsellor & Coach & even though I don’t work with couples anymore my desire to learn & help couples thrive remains.

Which is why I created my card decks. The LOVE IN ACTION & FUN Q & A cards for couples.

We can achieve so much on our own, we are capable beyond our wildest dreams but sometimes we just need direction, a place to start until we can tap into the power & potential of our minds.

These 2 card decks blossomed in my mind when I was out with my partner for dinner one night & I saw so many couples not talking, not looking joyful or connected. It made me sad & thus the wheels began to turn. What if I created a way for them to communicate, to connect, to have some fun & create beautiful new habits & loving actions that could help them thrive.
