JUST BREATHE!

In all the excitement, busyness, learning and growth we must make time to just be. 

I wanted to share a wonderful resource; 30 days of yoga with Adriene. I have added it here because this beautiful soul has shared her gift and passion for yoga freely. You can click on the link and start this wonderful practise today.

My greatest challenge was stopping! This practise for me not only makes me feel great but it is reminding me to stop and breathe.
