I hope your all enjoying an amazing week end,

The sun is shining (for those of us here in Australia) it is glorious!


Just a simple message today!

Take a deep breath & relax.

Nothing is unsolvable.

Consciously focusing on our breath is one of the greatest ways to relax or work through anything we face.

Simply close your eyes and focus on your breath. Count it silently in your mind or state it "breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. Slowly, deeply, consciously.

If you struggle and find your mind wandering off, just keep bringing it back to your breathe.

A brilliant exercise whenever you feel flustered, challenged, stressed or just wanting to give your brain a break.

What's really great is that you can do it anywhere!

Breathe in, Breathe out, Breathe in, Breathe out...
