Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

A big hello to you on another glorious Sunday, how truly blessed we are. I'm posting a little earlier today as the weather is grand & I will be out enjoying it. Leaving the computer behind & enjoying the warmth of the sun & time with my wonderful family.

There is gratitude to be found (if we're open to it) every where we look. In what we feel, what we do & what we can do. We are truly blessed. And as always, I encourage you to acknowledge your gratitude's regularly & to share them with those you love.

Gratitude is truly one of the simplest, most powerful ways to transform your life.

Wishing you the most magnificent day.

Happy "I Am Grateful For..." Sunday

Today I am really, really tired! I was out till 4:00am in the morning, something I rarely do these days as I need & looove my sleep! But none the less it was a great night.

When one is tired it's much harder to stay focused, positive & happy, but when gratitude is a part of your life, so ingrained because you draw on it & acknowledge it every day, it easily comes to mind (even when you feel soooo tired & could easily slip into a grumpy mood) So today I am particularly grateful for gratitude!

For the incredible impact it has in your life; to lift your spirits, shift your focus & change your mood <3

PS I am also grateful that it is a glorious day & that I have the choice to take a nap soon :)

Happy 'I Am Grateful For' Sunday

As another beautiful day winds down, I share with you my favourite weekly post; 'I Am Grateful For...'For some it may have been a tough day, full of challenges.
For others a day of relaxation, excitement or fun, but at the end of the day we can reflect on what truly matters, what moved us, inspired us and helped us to grow.We can choose to focus on the pain, the unfinished, seemingly impossible and hard or we can choose to see the gifts and the gratitudes of our day and week just passed.
Either way the events won't change but our internal experience (which ultimately becomes our external experience) definitely will, when we choose to focus on the later. As always I welcome you to head over to my Facebook page to share your gratitudes for the week. And as I quite often say - if you choose not to share them, it's ok but be sure to share them with those you love xxx
Wishing you an amazing rest of your night

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
Each week I love sharing our 'I Am Grateful For' post,
Encouraging & reminding you to acknowledge gratitude for the many blessings in life.

There are many ways we can incorporate gratitude into our daily lives. One of those ways is a gratitude walk. A walk in nature is therapeutic in itself, so taking a gratitude walk in nature is the perfect place to bring to mind all the wonderful people, places and things we are and can be grateful for.

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

Each day I find so much to be grateful for; people, places, things & moments <3 There is truly so much when we take the time to look. And whats beautiful is that once we start to look, we see even more to be grateful for <3
As always I encourage you to share your gratitudes for the week with the ones you love. Over a coffee, a meal, a cuddle xxx

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Easter Sunday

I hope you have all enjoyed a magnificent Easter Sunday & no matter how you spend it or celebrate it (as it holds different meanings for different people) - fill it with love & gratitude.

Gratitude can be found in the simplest things; a glorious day, beautiful smile, hug or message from a loved one. When you acknowledge it and create an attitude of gratitude you will see even more to be grateful for.

Be sure to let the people you are grateful for know too! and you'll put a beautiful big smile on their face as well!

Today I am really grateful for the evening off! (as soon as I finish this post lol) to relax, laugh and share with family xxx

15th January 2017

Hello on a another wonderful 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday!

This week has been a particularly busy week for me, but in all the busyness I love how stopping to acknowledge gratitude allows you to be still, in the moment and feel at peace, truly happy and blessed.

As you know this is something I practise everyday and will do for the rest of my life.
So simple and yet so powerful.
How is your daily gratitude practice going?
As always I encourage you to acknowledge & share your gratitude's, it feels good to acknowledge and express it!

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

Today is my partners birthday, it has been a beautiful, relaxing start to the day & I am truly grateful for him & that we can spend time together just enjoying the simplicity & beauty of life; like sitting on our porch having our coffee, walking into town hand in hand just to have a wander & notice all the delights along the way with no place in particular to be & nothing in particular to do. These are some of the moments I feel most grateful for, just being.... just embracing each moment & noticing all that is good. What are you most grateful for today?

26th February 2017

Good morning & Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
This morning was one of those beautiful, drizzly, calm, quiet, lazy Sunday mornings. And as I sat out on my back porch with my morning coffee, my gratitudes easily flooded my mind. One after another they came; people, places, things, moments.
One of the beautiful things about gratitude is that is can really lift your spirits, you cannot be angry or fearful when you are full of gratitude. It can be found even in the simplest of things.
So as I sat there this morning with all my gratitudes coming to mind I found myself (as I always do in this regular practise) in absolute peace & happiness. The birds were magnificent this morning, there was so many it was beautiful to watch, my plants looked beautiful, green and fresh, covered in rain drops. Such sweet simple pleasures in life that when we are so busy, so focused on whats not so great, all the upcoming chores & endless things to do - we can so easily miss.
It is good each day to take a moment to be still, to take it in, to fill your mind with gratitude & truly enjoy all that there is.

5th March 2017

Hello & Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
The day I encourage you to acknowledge & share all you are grateful for throughout your week.

It has always been my intention since I started the 'I am grateful for...' weekly post, that each time you see it, it will remind you to take a moment and focus on all that you have to be grateful for. You can even do it as a family, going round the table sharing your Gratitude’s over dinner. I've heard some people say; “sometimes I just can't think of anything to be grateful for”. It's in those times I would ask what has been your focus?
What you find is that it has been on everything lacking in their lives and feelings of being unable to change it. We all have those moments, it's ok but that's just another reason why one important area of personal development is creating an attitude of gratitude, making it a wonderful daily habit. So it becomes second nature, so you automatically see and feel so much more to be grateful for. It will lift your spirits and you will then find there will rarely be a time that you can't list a multitude of things to be grateful for.
Then I would add "imagine if you woke up with only the things you were grateful for yesterday". A flood of people, things and moments would easily come to mind.
Like any muscle you have to build it regularly to strengthen it and for the results to show. Creating an attitude of gratitude is no different. Consistency is the key. When your mind is in a good state everything is brighter, better and possible. The truth is life can be tough, life will always present challenges, so every little thing we can do to make it easier, more enjoyable is absolutely worth it. And gratitude is one of the simplest, most powerful ways to lift your spirits & transform your life

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

It has been a super hot day here today!

But fabulous as so many head to the beach, the pools & parks for get together's. It's wonderful to see the pics & posts come through on FB after a beautiful day out, enjoying the sun & good times with family & friends. What is the weather like where you are? Is it sunny & hot to enjoy the outdoors, cold & raining to enjoy a cozy day or night in watching a great movie, playing a board game or reading a good book snug on the lounge? We can always find something to be grateful for no matter the weather!

Good morning & Happy 'I Am Grateful For..." Sunday

What a glorious week it has been, busy but filled with lots of sunshine, laughter & fun as Christmas gets closer & there is a beautiful buzz in the air!

I hope it has been a glorious week for you too!

Remember the more you acknowledge gratitude; the more things you will see to be grateful for!

1st January 2017

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

The first for 2017!

As I thought about this post today, so many thoughts came to mind. So many wonderful gratitudes, so many fond moments and memories, as I reflected back over the past year. There were also a lot of memories and moments of pain and struggle, but when you have an attitude of gratitude you are automatically drawn to and focus on the things that lift you up, make you smile and help you to keep going. Rather than your mind continually being drawn to all the things that make you feel low, stuck or stagnate. As these things will always be a part of life, consciously bringing gratitude to mind on a daily basis will keep you in good spirits, focused on what really matters and it will give you the positive energy to keep moving forward.

8th January 2017

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
It's a beautiful day here & as I reflect on my gratitudes for the week, I smile for there is so much to be grateful for. There is gratitude to be found everywhere in the simplest of things, the smiles on our childrens faces, a hug from our partner, the beauty of a glorious tree, the sun shining, a songbird in the distance. The list is endless!

Acknowledge & express your gratitude's everyday.

Happy 'I Am Grateful For....' Sunday
I'm a bit later than normal, but I have been enjoying a magnificent evening at the 4th annual breast cancer charity drive :)
A great night for a great cause!

It's now getting close to bed time but of course I didn't want to miss sharing our 'I Am Grateful For' Sunday post. I hope it's always a wonderful reminder & becoming a beautiful daily habit for you. One, as you know, I practise every day & night now. Particularly at night as my head hits the pillow, I go though in my mind everything and everyone I am grateful for. It's a beautiful way to drift off to sleep (with a smile)

Sweet dreams and may the many things you are & could be grateful for enter your mind as you drift off to sleep.

30th October 2016

It's that fabulous time again! Sunday afternoons; I am grateful for....

I wanted to start by wishing you all a fabulous Halloween!
I realise not everyone gets into this time of year and that there are many thoughts and beliefs, but for a lot of folks it's just another time to get family and friends together. To enjoy each others company, laugh, eat and have fun with a little flair of freakiness.
Today I'm a little tired as last night was my son's annual Halloween fancy dress party here at our home. And I must say that I am truly grateful for the wonderful friends he has. Such inspiring young men & women & I'm sure all the mums here would agree, knowing your kids surround themselves with fabulous friends is something to be truly grateful for <3

As for Halloween, whether you get into the festivities or not I hope you all had an amazing week with lots of things to be grateful for.
I encourage you as always to share your gratitudes.

6th November 2016

It's that time of the week again!

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday :)

A beautiful reminder to reflect and acknowledge everything & everyone, wonderful in your life. I trust you have lots to be grateful for. There is so much when we take the time to look xxx

20th November 2016

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
Every day is a day for gratitude.
There are so many things & people that we are (or should be) grateful for. But each new day brings new experiences & people that we can add to our gratitude list.

This morning as I was sitting on my porch preparing for a wonderful day, just soaking up the sun, enjoying my coffee, the peace & quiet (only interrupted by the sound of birds & my kids chatter & laughter) I found an email.
It was from one of the many people I follow, one that always brightens up my inbox.
I was truly grateful for words & message in this particular email as it seemed to be just what I needed to read today & resonated with me so deeply.
Gratitude comes in many ways, when you're open to seeing it. And once you are; you notice it every where. That is a beautiful gift.

What are you grateful for today?

18th September 2016

Well it's the beautiful long week end & here we have football final frenzy! There's plenty of people who get into the game & are setting up for a big night with family & friends. Whether you love football or not how magnificent it is to be so passionate about something to create a family or friend event - tradition for many; to enjoy something you truly love together.

May your team win (if you're into it) may you have a glorious evening & feel so much love & gratitude for the blessings of family, friends & fun times together!

9th October 2016

Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday!
As I eased slowly this morning into another beautiful Sunday, sitting on my back porch I felt a buzz in the air. The birds were chirping, my plants were bursting with flowers, my cat nestled into me as I tried to type, my partner (many men today) was (still is) perched in front of the TV watching Australia's great race 'Bathurst 1000', my son was having a nice sleep in after a late night shift & studying hard all week at Uni and I was beautifully reminded again of the power of gratitude.
That we each choose what we see in this world, what we focus on.
So today I encourage you to completely immerse yourself for a moment to see all the beauty & joy that surrounds you. It can come from the simplest of things & thoughts.
Gratitude...
So Simple...
So Powerful...

Hello & happy 'I Am Grateful For... Sunday

I hope you have all enjoyed a wonderful day with the magnificent men in your life.

Our gratitude today is focused on the amazing men in our lives. Our dads, grandfathers and for many of us the men who may not be our biological fathers but are, in our eyes our 'dads'.

We are so grateful for you!

So another great big HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO ALL THE DAD’S OUT THERE.

Thank you,

For your love and encouragement

For all your hard work (some even working two jobs or very long hours to provide for us

For driving us half way across town cause I just had to go to that party! (me 25 years ago, thanks dad – I still remember)

For the dads that we only get to see every other week end

For your hugs, listening and strength

For being my DAD, my rock, my hero!

WE LOVE YOU

And for those of us who’s Dads are no longer with us, we miss you and you will always remain in our thoughts and our hearts xxx

Hello & Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
What a glorious day it has been in my neck of the woods!
The sun was shining & nature was calling :)

Today Greg & I ventured back out on our mountain bikes after a long cold winter. It was wonderful; the fresh air, the wildlife & seeing so many people out & about laughing, playing games & having BBQ's along our fabulous bike track.

There was so much joy, so much to smile about & be grateful for.
Amongst many other things I am so grateful for the experience we had today & as always I would love for you to jump on our facebook page & share your gratitudes from your week or day

24th July 2016

Hello again on this wonderful 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

As I sat on my back porch this morning writing this (my favourite weekly post) I felt a tremendous joy just in the stillness of the moment. In noticing and seeing right in front of me (without searching or looking far) just how much I could be grateful for.

My sweet little cat was curled up right beside me, my partner and children all happily doing their thing inside, numerous birds chirping in the background, the flowers on my many plants. It was quiet, peaceful and such a wonderful moment being still and taking it all in.

So much beauty and joy lies right before our eyes. But so often we sit continually focused on pain, all that needs to be done, why we're not good enough, have enough and all the other draining things that constantly fill our minds, that we don't see what's right in front of us. We get wound up, wired up, frustrated, depressed, sinking lower and lower and can't enjoy the stillness and peace that comes from just being and noticing all that is good.

I wish you the most wonderful day and encourage you to stop and be still for a moment. To really see all the beauty and joy that is right in front of you and to express gratitude for all of it.

As always I welcome you to share your gratitude's on my Facebook page or you can contact me. It is a beautiful thing to be able to share in others gratitude's and joy :) You never know who might read it and how it might change their day and outlook on life!

Welcome to another 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

31st July 2016

I found myself on Friday night in a funny state!
I felt down, overwhelmed and struggling to complete a few important tasks. That doesn't happen to me much these days, but I felt it full force on Friday night.

So I went out to my back porch and looked over my garden. Then closed my eyes and in meditation I focused on my breath, allowing my mind and body to completely relax. I then went into stating all that I was grateful for.The list was long, longer than usual, it also included all I achieved and all I was capable of. It felt amazing and automatically I began to smile. In moments I felt renewed, re-energised and ready to get back to the tasks I had been putting off. With excitement, dedication, and positive energy.

Gratitude...
Really does have the power to lift your spirits, turn a frown upside down and get you back into a great state of being! A state of being that gives you the energy, focus and clarity to do what needs to be done as well as create, just be, enjoy and love the life you live.

7th August 2016 Happy 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

Today has been a magnificent day. I relaxed, read, took a stroll into town listening to my new favourite upbeat song, spent some time with my fabulous children, my partner, then relaxed some more.

Feeling truly grateful for life's simple pleasures!

What magnificent things did you do today or throughout this week that filled you with a sense of gratitude?

Hello & welcome to another 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

14th August 2016
The weather has been glorious! It feels like Spring has almost Sprung! And as I sit in the beautiful sun I can't help think about the gratitude we can feel in all seasons. The beauty & gifts that each season brings.

Spring and Summer would be my favourite if I had to be honest & choose. I love the warmth, the long bright days where people gather outside in parks, at the beach, cafes or at home having BBQ's with family & friends. But Autumn & Winter sure have their benefits too! The colours, the snow, beautiful fires, casseroles, soups, & snuggling up reading a good book or watching a great movie. Even those cold cold winter mornings when your rugged up in your dressing gown sitting outside with a hot coffee just watching the beautiful rain.

You can find something to be grateful for everywhere you look; people, places, things, even the weather.
So as always I encourage you to share your gratitudes for the week we'd love to hear them!

26th June 2016 - Happy (chilly) 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
My fingers are frozen typing, but non-the-less I'm always excited to share this regular weekly post.
Gratitude can be found even in the simplest things; like a hot cup of coffee or beautiful gloves on a cold winters day.
There is so much we each have to be grateful for, and it is in acknowledging our gratitude that we notice even more, that we create an inner happiness that radiates love in our lives.

I welcome you to share your gratitudes for the week via my facebook page & I look forward to reading them, I'm just going to put my lovely gloves back on first, after typing

As another beautiful day winds down, I share with you my favourite weekly post; 'I Am Grateful For...'

For some it may have been a tough day, full of challenges.
For others a day of relaxation, excitement or fun, but at the end of the day we can reflect on what truly matters, what moved us, inspired us and helped us to grow.

We can choose to focus on the pain, the unfinished, seemingly impossible and hard or we can choose to see the gifts and the gratitudes of our day and week just passed.

10th July 2016 Happy 'I Am Grateful For... Sunday

Every weekend we throw out our left-over bread to our beautiful visitors :)
I love watching them,

Every day brings so much to be grateful for, we just have to open to see it.
I welcome you as always to share your gratitudes for the week via my contact page or on my Facebook page :)

You just may inspire someone to notice something wonderful they hadn't noticed before!

17th July 2016 Happy "I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

I always look forward to sharing this weekly post.

Because Gratitude (although simple) is truly powerful!

It can lift you from your darkest moments, allow you to see that there is still beauty and a whole lot of love in the world and often the realisation that your life is much better than you realised.

No matter what has happened throughout the week there is always something to be grateful for.

The world is full of tragic events, some make the news, some we never hear of; a personal tragedy, a broken heart, but throughout it all we must hold hope, we must get up and live a new day. We must do all we can to improve our lives, to grow, learn, live, love and contribute to the world as best we can. Even if that 'world' is just your immediate family - you can still make this world a better place. If we don't we can easily be consumed by grief and all the negative and bad, the tragic and incomprehensible - being left with only seeing all the pain and thus miss all that is magnificent!

Gratitude is a beautiful place to start, a wonderful way to transform your life and start to see and feel the love, joy and beauty that still exists in abundance in this world.

As always I welcome you to share your gratitudes for the week. Acknowledge it, rejoice and go on to have an extraordinary day!

 29th May 2016, 'I Am Grateful For... Sunday :)

Sometimes the week just seems to fly by!

But here we are again on another beautiful I am grateful for Sunday.

Happiness; like gratitude is a choice. Our life, our experience, our relationships, change beautifully when we choose to be happy and choose to acknowledge gratitude.

It can be found even in the simplest things if we look :)

May you see so much joy and so much to be grateful for :)

5th June 2016, 'I Am Grateful For' Sunday
What a glorious day! It's pouring rain where I am, as it is most of the way up the east coast of Australia.

I'm sitting on my back porch with a fabulous hot coffee, just enjoying the rain.
So my clothes aren't drying, a lot of places shut early. I didn't see a lot of people out and about when I decided to go for a walk earlier into town. There were lots of puddles, gushing streams of water and my feet got soaked.

But there were beautiful birds flying around and chirping, some enjoying the puddles. I exchanged great big smiles and hellos with the people I did see out and about. And I had a glorious hot shower when I got home.

We each choose what we see, especially on a day like today where a lot of people express misery due to the weather. But there is always much to be grateful for if we choose to see it.

Enjoy the weather, snuggle up with your partner, your kids or pets. Put on a great movie, play a board game. Laugh and smile! Even if your power has gone out (like many homes right now) light the candles and cherish the moment.

Gratitude is a powerful force that anyone can tap into.

12th June 'I Am Grateful For' Sunday

Last week turned into quite the devastation after the rain just kept coming. Businesses were lost, homes destroyed, along with precious life. Some things in this life are out of our control; like the weather. But we can always control our thoughts, our responses.

And the human spirit shines so brightly after events like this.

People coming out of the woodwork to lend a hand, clean, support, aid and bring back some normality to the lives of those badly affected in times like this.

So today I'm sharing my graitutude for the innate love that is in all of us, because sometimes we are pushed beyond what we think we can handle - but we keep moving forward and then so beautifully others join in to lend a hand, even to complete strangers just because they care.

To the SES and the hundreds of people that have worked and helped tirelessly throughout this week to help those who truly needed it. Thank You and we are all grateful!

19th June 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

Well another 7 days have passed! How has your week been?

This Sunday's I am grateful for is one of simplicity.

It's raining, cool but magnificent. A perfect time to snuggle and reflect on all that we have to be grateful for.

And as I've said many times before "the more you acknowledge gratitude, the more things you will see to be grateful for"

1st May 2016 - 'I Am Grateful For...'

Another beautiful 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday! This week has been extremely busy. But I found myself taking a few music breaks. Re-listening to some classic songs that I used to love! Music really is food for the soul, And I was reminded how much talent there is out there, and how grateful I am for all of these amazing musicians and singers. They hold the power to really lift, inspire and motivate!

I can't imagine a world without music, it really can be therapy in just a few minutes!

8th May 2016 - 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday
It's that wonderful time again to acknowledge all we are grateful for and this Sunday being mothers day makes it very easy and beautiful.

Another glorious Sunday, with so much to be grateful for.

Today I wanted you to know how grateful I am for you and this wonderful, growing community. Because without you - there is no 'Personal Development for Life' page. A nice short & sweet one today but none-the-less important. So sincerely I thank you xxx

22nd May 2016 -'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday

Well today I thought I'd share my gratitude for the beautiful, inspiring women that come along to our 'Women's Walk & Talk'

The group is growing every week, and it truly is a privilege to share an hour and a half each Monday morning with them.

Remember the more you acknowledge gratitude - the more things you will see to be grateful for :)

You feel what you focus on :)

3rd April 2016 - 'I Am Grateful For...

Hello again on this fabulous Sunday and my favourite post of the week ; I Am Grateful For...'

Gratitude will always be a major focus in my life and I hope that as you regularly see this post it will become one of yours too. Because gratitude truly does lift you up and once you start acknowledging it you'll see even more things to be grateful for! It's impossible to feel miserable when you're focusing on all that you are grateful for.

For those of you who have been around this page for awhile, you'd know it's how I drift off to sleep every single night - silently acknowledging all that I have to be grateful for. Falling asleep with a smile!

For today's post, I thought I'd ask my boys (while their both up for the week end) what they're most grateful for. I received thoughts of soccer, my girl friend, a level head, new job and being able to freely attend University with the HECs system. One mentioned not having as much onion in last nights bolognese (he's not an onion fan).

So today may I encourage you to ask your children what they are grateful for... You may be suprised to hear what they say - but non-the-less it's a great question to ask and instill in their minds.

10th April 2016 - 'I Am Grateful For....'

Sometimes when I write this post each Sunday it feels like I only did the last one yesterday! Sometimes time just flys.

But I am grateful looking back over each week to see what I accomplished, what I could do better and learn from and all that I can be grateful for. Gratitude can be expressed for everything. Not just the beautiful, amazing people in our lives, the beauty of nature, our homes, cars, jobs and all the wonderful gadgets that make life easier (things we often take for granted).

We can be grateful for who we are, what we contribute, what were capable of and for all the magnificent, brilliant minds we easily have access to - past and present. Minds that help us move forward, learn and grow.

So as silly as it may sound, I am truly grateful for the wonderful system I have in place to capture all my ideas, plans and thoughts during the week and for all the learning I have access to as I automatically receive specific newsletters and blog posts from some of the best of the best! Pearls of wisdom from the experts in areas I'd like to master.

What are some things in your life, outside the obvious, that you are grateful for?

17th April 2016 - 'I Am Grateful For...'

It's that time again :)

Life is too short and too precious to be stuck in the past. To be stuck on everything that seems wrong. To be struggling and sabotaging our chance to be happy and become the greatest version of ourselves.

One of the simplest, most powerful ways to shift is to focus on and acknowledge gratitude.

Make gratitude a part of your thinking every single day! Watch how it can transform your life!

24th April 2016

This Sunday's 'I Am Grateful For...' post is in remembrance.

So much pain, heartache and yet so much to be grateful for if you stop and think about it....

Lest we forget.

6th March 2016 - I Am Grateful For...

I'm a bit later than normal, but I have been enjoying a magnificent day with my family. I hope you have too

As it's now getting close to bed time and of course I still wanted to share my 'I Am Grateful For' post I thought I'd remind you of a beautiful habit. One I practise, well do automatically every night now. That is as I lay down each night, ready for a wonderful sleep, I go though in my mind everything and everyone I am grateful for. It's a beautiful way to drift off to sleep.

Sweet dreams and may the many things you are or could be grateful for enter your mind as you drift off to sleep.

13th March 2016 - I Am Grateful For...

Happy 'I Am Grateful For....' Sunday
Every week I look forward to posting my "I Am Grateful For' post.
Raising awareness of the many things in life we truly have to be grateful for and the joy that gratitude brings. Well, every week I mention different things and of course every week I am grateful for the 3 magnificent men in my life - even though I might not mention them.

So today; to them! To my fabulous, handsome partner Greg and my 2 amazing, handsome sons; Luke and Samuel - my greatest inspiration to do what I do with the passion, love and joy I do it with! I love you guys.

I welcome you to share your gratitude, in the comments below, for the special men, partners and children in your life. Oh and be sure to let them know, put a big smile on their face and make their day!

20th March 2016 - I Am Grateful For...

Welcome to every one new to my page and a big hello to those of you who've been here awhile. I hope you have enjoyed the most beautiful week end!

Today as I thought about my image for my regular 'I am grateful for' post, a blank came up. Not because I couldn't think of anything but in gratitude that we have the power and ability to choose to start a fresh every morning. To re-paint and re-write our lives at any time. Free to dream and create!

I get really excited and feel incredibly grateful for all the beauty, possibilities and opportunities that surround us every day!

27th March 2016 - I Am Grateful For...

Good morning & welcome to another glorious 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday post.
I'm posting earlier today as I'm running out the door to spend this glorious Easter Sunday with family.

No matter how you spend your Easter Sunday, as it holds different meanings for different people - fill it with love & gratitude.

Gratitude can be found in the simplest things; a glorious day, beautiful smile, hug or message from a loved one. When you acknowledge it and create an attitude of gratitude you will begin to see even more to be grateful for.

Be sure to let the people you are grateful for know! and you'll put a beautiful big smile on their face!

Today I am really grateful for the day off! (as soon as I finish this post lol) to relax, laugh and share with family xxx

7th February 2016 - I Am Grateful For...

I Am Grateful For...
I hope this Sunday's 'I am grateful for' post finds you fabulous & well.

This week has been one of my toughest weeks yet. It has been filled with 'challenges'. More challenges than any other week I can remember. I have had to draw on every bit of strength & knowledge I have to get through this one. Non-the-less all is well & as I write today on this beautiful Sunday afternoon, the end of (well for me) an unusually testing week, and the dawn of another week to come - I am filled with gratitude.

Gratitude can be found in the simplest things,
In particular; I have this cute little flexible light man, that seems to be mysteriously changing position and doing funny little things each time I enter my office. The picture above is how I found him this morning!

So thank you to my wonderful Greg for helping me to smile & giggle this week when I needed it the most.

As always, I encourage you to share your gratitudes below. If not here, make sure you acknowledge them; to yourself & to those you are grateful for.

Take a moment, close your eyes & fill your mind with everything & everyone you could be grateful for.

Gratitude truly does have the power to lift you up & open your heart & mind to see even more things to be grateful for.

21st February 2016 - I Am Grateful For...

Hello on a another wonderful 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday!

This week has been a particularly busy week for me, but in all the busyness (which can sometimes feel stressful) I love how stopping to acknowledge gratitude allows you to be still, at peace and feel truly happy and blessed.

To really feel the love and emotion that comes from acknowledging everything and everyone you have to feel grateful for.

As you know this is something I practise everyday and will do for the rest of my life.
So simple and yet so powerful. As always I encourage you to share your gratitudes on my Facebook page. It feels good!

28th February 2016 - I Am Grateful For....
I hope your all enjoying a magnificent Sunday!
You would know by now how passionate I am about acknowledging gratitude; as every Sunday I share this post.
As the quote goes "Gratitude can turn common days into Thanks giving, turn routine jobs into joy & change ordinary opportunities into blessings" William Arthur Ward.

My gratitude list is always long, it always lifts me up & always makes me smile. Today in particular I'd like to share my gratitude of a special bunch of women that form Linking Ladies.
This is a wonderful community of business women that I'm privileged to be a part of. If your a local business woman or looking to start a business, I encourage you to check it out

10th Jan 2016 - I am grateful for....

Another week, can you believe it's the 10th January already!
Weren't we just toasting New Years?
Time fly’s, it's precious, as is an attitude of gratitude.

It has always been my intention since I started the 'I am grateful for...' weekly post, that each time you see it, it will remind you to take a moment and focus on all that you have to be grateful for. You can even do it as a family, going round the table sharing your Gratitude’s over dinner.I've heard some people say; “sometimes I just can't think of anything to be grateful for”. A flood of people, things and moments would easily come to mind.Like any muscle you have to build it regularly to strengthen it and for the results to show. Creating an attitude of gratitude is no different. Consistency is the key. When your mind is in a good state everything is brighter, better and possible. The truth is life can be tough, life will always present challenges, so every little thing we can do to make it easier, more enjoyable is absolutely worth it.And as always I welcome you to share your gratitude's below

17th Jan 2016 - I am grateful for...

Sunday's, A beautiful day to relax, unwind, catch up or do whatever you please! And a great time to reflect on the past week and everything we learnt, did and where (or could be) grateful for!

If you’ve been around this page for a while (and I thank you) you'd know I'm an advocate for daily gratitude. Because this simple but powerful exercise can really improve the quality of your life.

I know there are many people that think “my life's tough, I have so many problems. How is thinking about gratitude going to change or do anything?”

I hear you loud and clear. Life can be tough. Sometimes everything seems hopeless. But the only way out of that is to start focusing on what’s good, what’s right, what’s possible and to start productively working on fixing, changing or learning about ways to move forward. And getting yourself in a good state of mind is the only way to start getting productive, hopeful and the energy to do what needs to be done. Gratitude is the easiest way to do this. It’s hard to feel down when you’re focused on all the beautiful people in your life, all the things that make your day easier, better, brighter. We can all come up with a list if we allow our minds to go there! From that state of mind we raise our vibration, lift our spirits and can then look at taking positive action! Even if we don’t know how or where to start there’s an abundance of material out there to help us on our way. No matter our situation or starting point. This isn’t about being all ‘positive, head in the clouds, airy fairy or Pollyanna’. You deserve to live a joyful, meaningful life and gratitude will play a major role.So I encourage you, as always to acknowledge your gratitude’s today! You can share it in the comments below, but even if you don’t; acknowledge them to yourself and share them with the people you love. Make them feel loved and appreciated too!

It's a wonderful statement to complete as you fall asleep each night,

To reflect and acknowledge everything wonderful in your life. I trust you have lots of wonderful things to be grateful for. And as always, I encourage you to share your gratitudes below.

15th Nov 2015 - I am grateful for....

Each week I happily post 'I Am Grateful For... " so that we all create an attitude of gratitude. To fill our hearts and minds with loving thoughts and thankfulness, everyday.

Training our minds to create wonderful, beneficial habits; because fear and anger cannot drive out fear and anger only love and loving emotions such as gratitude can. To move forward in hope and positivity LOVE must be present.

The human spirit, the capacity of people to ban together, help, support, comfort, love, care and give especially in times of adversity is truly amazing. My thoughts on this 'I Am Grateful For...' Sunday are focused on the recent events in Paris, a tragedy that has no words. All we can do is ban together and allow the presence of love to be stronger.

To be grateful for all that is right, the peace and freedom we exper

ience and our ability to lend a hand in some way either in deed, prayer or loving thoughts.

22nd Nov 2015 - I Am Grateful For...

It's easy to feel gratitude when your surrounded by thousands of happy, smiling people, watching fireworks!

Last night was the annual light up Camden festival. The official lighting up of the christmas tree. The main street was closed with lots of beautiful stalls, happy people, balloons and bubbles galore on a glorious night.

The Community spirit was beautiful and that's definitely something to be grateful for.

6th Dec 2016 - I am grateful for...

There's always something!

Well today I wanted to share how grateful I am for the beautiful park just up from my house. It's home to many glorious trees, roses and birds. And is always filled with kids laughing & playing, family picnics, couples having romantic picnics, people walking their dogs and many just lying under a tree reading a book!

Its magnificent & the council keeps it beautifully maintained for all to enjoy!

Happy "I Am Grateful For...." Sunday!

The anticipation for the the 7th Star Wars - The Force Awakens is building! The first 6 have been re-watched in my home over the last few weeks & I am super excited the next in the saga is coming out soon.
Star Wars has been one of those saga's that has been with me my whole life, my first son was named after Luke Skywalker (it's true). So today my gratitude extends to not only all the beautiful things and people around me but also to all those super talented people (Like George Lucas) that bring us brilliance on the big screen.

Star Wars fan or not; I'd love - as always - for you to share your beautiful gratitudes for the week, because there is always something (in fact we could all come up with a long list of things) to be grateful for...
May the thoughts be with you...
