Consciously focusing on our breath is one of the greatest ways to relax or work through anything we face.
Simply close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Count it silently in your mind or state it "breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. Slowly, deeply, consciously.
If you struggle and find your mind wandering off, just keep bringing it back to your breathe.
