The week end is with us again (who's grateful for that?) With that thought today I'm excited to share a new regular post - "I Am Grateful For"
I'd love you to jump on board!!! When I post my weekly "I Am Grateful For" image I encourage you to share in the comments below everything throughout your week, your grateful for. From the big things to the little things and things that simply make you smile.
Why would you want to? What is the benefit? Allow me to briefly explain.
These two seemingly simple acts or thoughts are incredibly powerful. We can never have too much of either of them.
You only have to think of how happy it makes our children or loved ones when we smile at them and tell them how grateful we are to have them in our lives.
You may have noticed that gratitude and smiling influences a lot of my work. One particular post, I shared last year 'A simple question, A Personal Challenge, A Powerful Shift' explains the power of gratitude. I challenged us all from that day forth, as we lay our head on our pillow each night, to go through all the things we are grateful for. Because not only is it a wonderful way to drift off to sleep but it automatically brings more into your life to be grateful for, win-win!
It's pretty simple.
So let’s acknowledge and share the things we are grateful for.
Once you start I guarantee you'll notice even more! So without further ado - PD for Life's 'I Am Grateful For"
A regular, new post started on my Facebook page in September. Come on-board and add your gratitudes via facebook each week or you can share them below!
Gratitude is one of the most simplest but powerful ways to increase happiness and bring more into your life that you will be grateful for.
