Create an attitude of Gratitude by acknowledging Gratitude every single day!

Here's a few more Gratitude ideas!

Keep a gratitude journal to acknowledge, reinforce and remind you of all the things you are grateful for. Write them down every single day. Each day try to find at least three to five things you’re grateful for, no matter how small.

Practise the ‘gratitude sleep ritual’ every time you lay your head on your pillow at night, state in your mind all you are grateful for. It’s a beautiful way to drift off to sleep – fall asleep with a smile.

Use meditation to quietly sit and focus on gratitude. Find a space in your home, garden, the park or somewhere you love to be that makes you feel relaxed, peaceful and happy. With your eyes closed focus on your breathing. Deep slow breaths and allow your mind to focus on gratitude. Smile as each new thing or person comes to your mind.

Write a gratitude letter to someone. Maybe you’ve never really told the person how grateful you are for him or her or for something they may have done (or do) for you.
